Description

Paint the interior walls, duct work, door and small railings around the ice rink of the Apex Parks and
Recreation Center.
Prepare all interior work surfaces for paint with an initial wipe down or power wash to remove any dirt or grime that may prevent adhesion.
Scrape any loose or peeling paint that may prevent adhesion.
Fill in any small holes (roughly the size of a dime), divots, or remove unused anchors/screws that may be visible or prevent adequate paint.

Lay down drop cloths and plastic sheeting to protect floors, windows, and equipment from potential paint overspray/drippage.
