A representative of the Offeror must attend this mandatory conference and all site walks in its entirety in order to qualify to submit an offer to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to arrive and sign the attendance record at the pre-proposal conference within five (5) minutes of the scheduled starting time shall be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award.
Anyone wishing to attend the pre-bid conference must have a valid government-issued photo ID.
