A representative of the Offeror must attend this mandatory conference in its entirety in order to qualify to submit an offer to this solicitation. Offerors who fail to arrive and sign the attendance record at the pre-proposal conference within five (5) minutes of the scheduled starting time shall be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award.
Anyone wishing to attend the pre-bid conference must have a valid government-issued photo ID.
To prevent spreading COVID-19, all site visitors while on premises must; wear a mask that covers your nose and your mouth, avoid being within 6-feet of other people and limit in-person interactions to less than 15 continuous minutes. All contractors, subcontractors, and consultants shall have appropriate cleaning supplies and sanitation wipes available to immediately wipe down all surfaces touched and, refrain from the site visit if they themselves, or have been in close contact with someone exhibiting COVID symptoms or have been confirmed to be COVID positive. Attendees that do not adhere to these requirements may be asked to leave the conference.
