2023-1009 - ARTA I-70/Aerotropolis Parkway Interchange

The Aerotropolis Area Coordinating Metropolitan District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the "Owner" or “AACMD”) in care of the Aerotropolis Regional Transportation Authority (“ARTA”) seeks to engage qualified contractors for the construction of the I70/Aerotropolis Parkway Interchange. The selected contractor will be required to comply with all City, County, State, and Federal requirement, and must obtain current and active required certifications and licenses to perform the work. Given the nature of the Work to be performed, bids will only be deemed responsive if submitted by contractors who are already pre-qualified by the Colorado Department of Transportation (“CDOT”) for the performance of CDOT projects.

Proposals must be electronically submitted before 12:00 pm Mountain Time on February 22, 2024.
