Description

The Town of Apple Valley (Town) is requesting proposals for an experienced real estate brokerage firm to sell, represent and advise on purchase transactions, and market on behalf of the Town. It is the intent of this request for proposal to select a brokerage firm and enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the Town to provide services as outlined herein.

The Agreement period for the awarded real estate brokerage firm will be one (1) year from the date of award. The Agreement may be renewed for additional terms upon satisfactory performance by the brokerage firm and at a negotiated rate agreed to in writing by both the firm and the Town.

Proposal Submission: Proposal must be submitted directly to the Economic and Community Development Department no later than 4:00 pm, October 24, 2023. Late submissions after the deadline or proposals delivered via fax or email will not be accepted. All submittals received shall become the property of the Town and will not be returned. A total of five (5) identical proposals must be submitted and labeled as follows:
