Scope:

Installation of new playfield including new turf, trees, plants, irrigation, grading, drainage system including catch basins and retention system, concrete paving swales and curbing, decomposed granite, electrical for new landscape timer. Electrical work will include running new conduits underground and data tie in to existing IDF.
