The City is seeking proposals to rehabilitate an existing Aquatic Center Pool. Work shall include but is not limited to removing and replacing the swimming pool structures, finishes, cantilever forming, swimming pool mechanical and electrical systems, and all accessories necessary for a complete, functional swimming pool. Work shall include start-up, instruction of Owner’s personnel, as-built drawings and warranties as required.
