a. Cleaning, removal, and legal disposal of the remaining contents of Digester No. 1 and Digester No. 5
b. Replacement of existing valves on sludge piping for Digester No. 1
c. Replacement of existing valves on gas (LPDG) piping for Digester No. 1
d. Replacement of existing pressure/vacuum relief valves with flame arresters on
gas (LPDG) piping for Digester No. 1
e. Assisting the City with access needed to perform a condition assessment of
Digester No. 1 once cleaning is complete
f. Additive bid items that may be authorized to repair or replace coatings on interior
roof and interior piping of Digester No. 1

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Oceanside, hereinafter referred to as AGENCY, invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive such bids in the offices of and addressed to Oceanside City Clerk, 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054, up to the hour of 1:00 PM, the thirtieth (30th) day of January, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened.
