Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Clear and remove debris and obstructions from inlet and outlet structures b. Removal and disposal of volunteer trees, brush, and vines that have grown in the pond, on the fence, and +- 10 feet outside of fence *Unless noted otherwise c. Mow side slopes, weed eat pond fence inside & out d. Cut access road to pond and note any repairs that need to be made to road e. Remove & dispose of sediment accumulation and organic material if needed f. Certified Post-BMP Inspector completes Dry Detention Basin Checklist for Annual Maintenance Inspection and note any structure or fence repairs needed g. Preventative maintenance including but not limited to: herbicide/vegetative management, litter removal, stabilization of bare areas, minor erosion repair, permanently seeding, silt fence removal, skimmer removal. h. This work will be completed between May 1st and November 30th each year, to begin in 2024 and continue on an annual renewal basis for up to five (5) years.
