Specifications include, but are not limited to: The system shall provide accurate and real time data while accounting for all fuel being dispensed. It shall be a stand-alone, user oriented, fully automated system able to operate completely unattended. Access to products shall be restricted to operators and equipment through but not limited to, magnetic strip cards, with keypad inputs that will perform a predetermined series of data that the system is designed to receive, track, or transmit. The City’s scope of work shall include the following: 1. Access to multiple Fuel Cardlock networks within Yuma County. Contractor will be required to offer a multiple of card services that will meet the fueling and security needs of the City fleet. 2. Convenient and accessible fueling facilities clean, well lit, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The stations must be designed for commercial trucks with minimum canopy height of 14’6”. 3. Enhanced Security - Provide solutions that help reduce authorized purchases and other security issues. Must have settings that authorize controls for fuel types, locations and quantity restrictions.
