Description

The Board reserves the right to execute an annual renewal on or before June 1 each year up to a term not to exceed five (5) years. The Business Administrator may negotiate terms for a renewal of contract proposal and present such negotiated proposal to the Board. The Board of Education reserves the right to terminate, at any time during the contract period, with a thirty (30) day notice.
