The Fort Mill School District is seeking qualified providers to perform Behavior Intervention Services in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations governing the provision of such Services. Behavior Intervention Services to be provided by the Contractor may include, but are not limited to, reviewing student records and charts for students with suspected or documented behavioral needs; performing behavior screenings and evaluations; setting up treatment plans; providing direct behavior intervention services to students as required by the student’s Section 504 Plan or Individualized Education Program (“IEP”); writing progress notes; providing in-services and trainings; attending 504/IEP meetings; and performing other administrative or clinical duties as directed by the District, whether performed on or off school premises. Services may be required for summer school.
