Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall facilitate the removal of all material from an ODOT stockpile site on NW Seal Rock St. ODOT estimates that there is approximately 3,700 cubic yards of debris to be removed, but payment will be for the removal and disposal of all material on the site. It is highly recommended that the Bidder visit the site to assess the quantity and material of debris to be removed. 2. The contractor shall be fully responsible for debris pick‐up, transportation of debris, and final debris disposal. 3. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the efficient and effective removal, disposal, and reduction of all debris. 4. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary and applicable environmental and regulatory permits prior to commencing any debris removal or disposal activities. Copies of all documentation evidencing proper permitting and approval shall be provided to the ODOT inspector before any activities begin. 5. The contractor is responsible for payment of any and all landfill disposal fees necessary for proper final disposal of collected debris. 6. If applicable, prior to work contractor must fill out the “Permission to Place Fill Material on Non‐ODOT Property” form in accordance with the Highway Division Maintenance Leadership Team Operational Notice MG‐120, 181, dated March 18, 2013 (see Section 8 below for a copy of this form). 7. The contractor shall be responsible for dust control and all other environmental safeguards and protections as necessary. All such safeguards and protections shall comply with federal and state laws and regulations regarding same. 8. All debris shall be disposed in compliance with federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or guidelines providing for proper disposal of the particular type of debris. 9. The contractor shall be responsible for tracking quantities of materials removed from the site and will notify the project manager if measured quantities differ from the estimated ones provided in this solicitation.
