Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed program should include, but not limited to: - Adaptive lessons: Tailored to each student's proficiency band in speaking, listening, and grammar. - Comprehensive coverage: Content aligned with academic subjects and general knowledge areas. - Speaking and listening components: Interactive exercises and activities to enhance oral communication skills. -Speech recognition: Speech recognition technology to provide targeted individualized feedback to the student. - Teacher resources: Individualized lesson plans and materials for implementation in the classroom. - Progress monitoring: Dashboard for schools and district access to view real-time student progress and usage across schools. - Evidenced-Based: Independently reviewed and tested to demonstrate effective language acquisition and proficiency improvement. -Extended Learning: Capabilities to be implemented in school day setting as well as extended learning settings such as after school or summer school programming and at home. -Professional Learning and Support: Proposals should include both start up and year 2 and 3 professional learning and support.
