Specifications include, but are not limited to: Graphic Design: o Vendor must provide in-house graphic design assistance for PowerPoint slides for educational materials and create a logo. o Vendor is required to submit samples of work created by their organization. Web design: o Vendor must design a static webpage for subject matter content creators to post materials for review and allow others to place comments for revisions. If the budget is limited, this can be executed in the form of a Google Drive or DropBox to review materials. Recruitment of subject matter experts o Vendor must recruit subject matter experts in the field of racial equity and professional development for adult learners who use drugs o Vendor must be able to assist in the identification and evaluation process to purchase existing curriculum content (or work with subject matter expert to develop any new material/frameworks/outlines) o Vendor must have established connections in the local and national harm reduction communities. o Vendor must be able to leverage relationships with those connections to support our efforts to recruit subject matter experts to create culturally competent frameworks for curriculum development and in some cases provide content for that curriculum area. • Examples would be, partnering with subject matter experts to help determine what each training module under a particular training block would look like. • Vendor must be able to support our recruitment efforts for Black and LatinX participants and people who use drugs in the state of Maryland and provide trauma informed outreach methods to recruit and retain their participation in an advisory council o CEU certification • Vendor must be able to submit for CEU certification for any completed and approved curriculum content. ▪ We will be looking to get these courses certified before they are delivered to the general public. ▪ We are looking to CEU for nursing, social workers and peers
