The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, travel, parts, and materials necessary to monitor the CBJ’s Fire/Security and BAS systems listed in ATTACHMENT C. The contract includes supplying mobile access equipment with access codes to accommodate scheduled annual Fire/Security systems inspection and annual sprinkler system inspections. Additional unscheduled inspections and repairs by service Contractor(s) will require the monitoring service Contractor to supply codes and assistance while performing related panel and system work. Items, such as, Internet Operating System (IOS) and history of alarm panel systems will be reviewed. Additional building(s) may be added by a contract amendment. All re-programing costs associated with existing dialers should be factored into the quote. The winning Contractor does not have to be located in Juneau; however, a relationship should be established and maintained with the Fire/Security Panel Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs Contractor. All codes needed by Fire/Security Inspections, Maintenance & Repairs Contractor (includes sprinkler systems) shall be provided during annual inspections or while doing repairs. The Contractor shall supply mobile access equipment to include hardware, software, and access codes to the Security/Fire panel. All of the hardware/software shall be compatible with an Apple Internet Operating System (IOS). All equipment installed by the Contractor shall be non-proprietary. The Contractor must provide operating or instruction manuals and a CD/Thumb Drive with operating instructions to the CBJ upon installation. An annual sprinkler system inspection is required. The Contractor is responsible for cellular costs for facilities that use a cellular service and should incorporate that cost into their unit pricing.
