Specifications include, but are not limited to: Chair the Cross-agency Work Group (CAWG), oversee State government CCW activities, serve as primary point of contact for leadership external to State government, and co-lead authorship of annual reports and other summary publications; Serve as principle policy liaison to Governor’s Office and Legislature (in coordination with Implementation Partner), supporting design of targeted policy needs based on CAWG and external stakeholder input; Lead CCW financial reporting and serve as primary interface with the Office of Financial Management (OFM), including tracking of initiative appropriations, spending, provisos, and development of budget requests; Lead the aggregation, analysis, and reporting of program and student outcomes data and serve as lead for State agency data workgroup; Administer CCW website, its applications, and communications and manage and oversee required technology and communications contracts; Staff the Workforce Education Investment Accountability and Oversight Board (WEIAOB), in coordination with Industry Champion and Implementation Partner; Coordinate CCW participation in international, national, and regional communities of practice with the Implementation Partner; and Lead alignment efforts with higher education institutions, in collaboration with Industry Partner and Implementation Partner.
