RFP_F-South-0000000007 - Hudson Gardens Comprehensive Vision, Strategic, and Facility Plan

The South Suburban Park and Recreation District, a special district, quasi-municipality and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, solicits Statements of Qualifications / Proposals from highly qualified, capable Consultants to perform a Comprehensive Vision, Strategic, and Facility Plan to guide the growth and development of The Hudson Gardens and Event Center over the next ten years. The City of Littleton is a partner in developing this Plan. The Plan will encapsulate Hudson Gardens' commitment to serving as a recreational, educational, and cultural hub for the community, a destination of choice for personal and corporate celebrations and events, enhancing its offerings, and ensuring its long-term sustainability. The selected firm will be responsible for creating a unified Plan that addresses the following areas: 

• Long-term vision for programs, events, and artistic displays. Develop comprehensive plans to broaden cultural, recreational and educational offerings based on community interests. Enhance the diversity and reach of events and artistic displays to attract a wider audience. 

• Expansion and enhancement of community programming and private occasions. Propose innovative strategies to utilize the Gardens' spaces for community gatherings and private events, optimizing facility use to increase revenue and engagement. 

• Strategies for maintaining and improving the garden's assets for public enjoyment. Prioritize opportunities based on impact and feasibility. 

• Strategies for ensuring the site's long-term financial sustainability. Include diverse revenue streams such as donations, grants, event rentals, and merchandise sales. Propose budgeting strategies that balance operational costs with investment in growth initiatives.
