The goal of the project is to evaluate the City of Longmont’s Stormwater Program and supporting documentation against the requirements of the CDPS Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4 Permit), effective July 1, 2016. The objective of the evaluation is to review sufficient records and program information to determine if the City of Longmont’s Stormwater Program is in compliance with current requirements and to identify areas that the Stormwater Program can improve.
