Total Compensation Study. Using industry best practices and standards, work performed will include survey and analysis of the State of Utah’s salary, benefits, and total compensation mix compared to our target market in both cost and value. Total Compensation for this contract would include: wages and salaries (including variable pay for applicable jobs) statutorily required benefits including: medical insurance, dental insurance, termination benefits, life insurance, long term disability, retiree health insurance, retirement plans (defined contribution, defined benefit or other retirement plan), leave benefits voluntary benefits, and other benefits offered by the target market that the state does not currently include in its total compensation package
