NPSS1 CAAA 2024-0173 - Colorado Library Consortium - Notice of Proposed Sole Source

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) states herein its belief that only one source, Colorado Library Consortium, exists from which to obtain access to Aspen Cat membership for library lending services. Aspen Cat's KOHA system is supported by the intergraded library system and managed by Colorado Library Consortium. By utilizing the Aspen Cat memberships, CDOC libraries would meet the requirements for offender literary access.  

This Notice of Proposed Sole Source has been published to allow any prospective competitors or other interested parties to submit comments and/or an objection to the determination that Colorado Library Consortium, is the sole source from which to purchase Aspen Cat membership access. Any such comments or objections concerning the purchasing from this proposed sole source vendor, may be submitted through bidnetdirect.com//cdoc
