CMU 2806 - CMU The Point Arcadia

Project Description/Scope

A reimagination of a hospitality space to serve the needs of CMU into the future “Analog Space within a Digital World.” The Point Renovation Project is an interior renovation of the existing student lounge space known as “The Point.”  

The scope of work for this predominantly interior space which includes new a redesign and flow of the concept of “Arcadia” and to streamline area.  This work is to include wall, ceiling paint, wall coverings, faux finishes, limited demolition of existing casework and column wraps.  A new East entrance is to be constructed with surface treat along the halls outside of the space.  A new wall grid system will be constructed along with new booth walls.  The Southern entrance will be addressed with new glazed entry and signage.
