The 2024 Serenity Ridge Drainage Improvements includes multiple road cuts, installing RCP storm drainage additions including inlets and outlets, rip rap installation and grade work in the Serenity Ridge Development. This is a coordinated project between the Town of Berthoud and Serenity Ridge HOA. Portions of the improvements will take place within the Town of Berthoud Right-of-Way and the Serenity Ridge HOA Open Space.

Contract documents require that all work is completed before August 30, 2024
