2024 ROAD REPAIRS & SURFACING

Notice is hereby given that Castle Pines Metro District, Colorado (the "District") will receive bids by electronic submission through BidNet on the Rocky Mountain Bid System:

Bids must be submitted by May 29th, 2023 – 3:00 PM for: 2024 ROAD REPAIRS & SURFACING.

The project manual is available electronically via BidNet on the Rocky Mountain Bid System.

Any questions must be submitted in writing by email to Evan Person, Capital Program Manager, at eperson@castlepinesmetro.com. Emailed Questions shall contain project name in the email subject line, and must be received no later than 2:00p.m., local time, May 17th, 2024.  Questions will be answered via addendum posted to BidNet on the Rocky Mountain Bid System.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 14th, 2023 – 11:00 AM The meeting will be held virtually by accessing the following Zoom Meeting link:

Prebid Attendees that would like gate access to examine road segments must send an email to Evan Person following the Prebid Meeting stating interest in attending to receive gate access into the district. This will grant access around the district for a day, allowing prospective bidders to complete their own site inspections prior to the question deadline.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to make final determination in the event of duplications. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening thereof. The District reserves the right to award the contract by sections and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein, and all Bidders shall agree that damage or claim shall not be brought by any bidder because of rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the District because of such rejections, and the filing of any bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the Bidder to these conditions. Incomplete Bids received by the District shall be rejected from consideration. All Bids are prepared and submitted to District at the Bidder’s expense, and all Bids become a District record and therefore a public record.

Bidders should be aware that no Work will be permitted within the District July 3rd-7th and August 19th-26th due to event conflicts.
