Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide the vehicles, facilities, and other equipment necessary to purchase, and transport a minimum of 8,000 cubic yards of material on an annual basis. The Contractor will be notified when 2,000 cubic yards are available. 3.3.2 Provide transportation of wood mulch within ten (10) days of notification of material being ready for pick-up at City Facilities. 3.3.3 The Contractor shall provide per unit long-term pricing for the purchase of a minimum of 8000 cubic yards of single grind wood chips and mulch on an annual basis from the Yard Waste Recycling Center. Amounts of single-grind wood chips and mulch beyond the required 8000 cubic yards will be priced by 500 cubic yard increments. 3.3.4 The Contractor shall provide a written narrative, on company letterhead, of the use of the purchased single grind wood mulch and chips. The purchased single-grind wood mulch and chips are prohibited from being placed in a landfill or other disposal sites.
