Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials to perform all operations in connection with pumping all liquid and sediment from grease traps located at designated Richmond County Schools. The estimated quantities of services specified herein are based upon the best information obtainable and represent the estimated and not the actual service which may be required during the contract period. The fact that specific quantities cannot be determined will not relieve the School System from its obligation to order from the contractor, all which in the judgment of the Senior Director for Facilities Services may be needed, and shall not in any case relieve the contractor of his obligation to fill all orders which may be required during the contract period. Estimated services which are not ordered prior to the expiration of the period specified or termination of the contract will be automatically canceled with no liability to the School System
