Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall offer a wide variety of footwear products (the “Products”). A. The Products include but are not limited to, sneakers, slippers, shower shoes, and boots for men and women. Contractor shall offer footwear Products in flip flop, tennis shoes, sandals, boots, slippers, and step-in options. All footwear offerings must be slip on or have a velcro closure except those items listed in Section 1(C) below which may have shoelaces and eyelets. B. Metal is prohibited in the construction of all footwear. For example: shank, shoelaces, and eyelets. However, Shoelaces and eyelets are acceptable only for line items 3, 4, 22 and 23 of the market basket Products listed in Exhibit B-Price Schedule. C. The Contractor shall provide DAS a manufacturer reseller authorization letter for each Product line it represents and is authorized to sell. The Contractor shall be an authorized reseller for the Term of the Contract. Contractor shall remain an authorized distributor or dealer of the Products offered for the Term of the Contract. The Contractor shall immediately notify the DAS if Contractor’s authorization or dealership is revoked, suspended, or terminated. 2. Delivery A. Each delivery must be accompanied by a packing slip indicating the applicable Purchase Order number, a description of the item(s) being delivered, the quantity, and the price for each item being delivered and the Contractor’s invoice number. B. The contractor must offer unit of measure by the pair and in complete cases. Each case must be sorted by size and shoe type and clearly marked on the outside packaging of the case. C. The Contractor shall deliver all market basket Products to the specified destination within fortyfive (45) days, (delivery timelines are Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 2:00pm eastern standard time) of the order placement unless another timeframe is agreed upon by Client Agency and Contractor. The contractor shall provide the Client Agency with a delivery schedule within twenty-four (24) hours of the order placement. D. All orders must be fully prepaid for shipping and handling by the Contractor, F.O.B. (Free on Board) Destination. All orders must be labeled and packaged adequately to ensure safe handling and in first class condition at point of delivery and in accordance with standard commercial practice. E. Contractor shall reply to the Client Agency within twenty-four (24) hours of Client Agency’s request for any information regarding this Contract.
