Proposals shall include all labor, materials, and services necessary to install a complete indoor air quality monitoring system. The system will, at minimum, monitor the eight HVAC trunk lines in the identified areas. Additional classroom monitoring options would be desirable. Measurements will include CO2, temperature, relative humidity, and fine particles (PM2.5). The system should have online real‐ time/near real‐time reporting capabilities. The preferred solution would be portable, making it useable in other locations with minimal HVAC system disruptions. Drawings of the work zone are included. An on‐site inspection is available by contacting the RFP coordinator. Any installation work must be completed in compliance with Washington Public Works regulations In addition, contractors are encouraged to recommend filtering options, both for full system and individual classroom applications. Award of the monitoring proposal does not require filtering options.
