Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. TRANSIT VAN PREP: Prep County-supplied Ford Transit High Roof Van for pre-wiring, prep for interior lining and provide anchor points for installation of all partitions, counters, cabinets, and boxes. Includes removal of cab area headliner to run all necessary lines and wiring. ___________ B. INSULATION & LINING: 1" urethane spray-foam insulation in exterior walls and ceiling of Transit van, as space allows. No insulation sprayed in rear doors or side slider door. County will not accept batt insulation or any type of settling, absorbent type insulation. ___________ C. INTERIOR LINING WALL & CEILING: Full interior walls and ceiling of the Ford Transit cargo van to be lined in 14ga aluminum, pre-painted white. Rear doors and slider side doors do not need to be lined. All paneling is to be professionally installed by contractor using double-side tape or with removable fasteners and will follow the tapering contour of the Transit van interior. All interior lining must also include aluminum trim work between wall/ceiling joints. ___________ D. PARTITION: One (1) front partition, solid with no pass-though, mounted directly behind front seats to separate cab seating area from the cargo area. Tubular aluminum construction anchored to floor & ceiling, painted white to match interior lining. The right-side of the partition, near side slider door, to contain an area to house light switches, and firetruck style grab handle. ___________ E. FLOORING: Subfloor shall be 3/4” plywood top coated with heavy duty spray on bed liner (black) applied by the contractor on the full floor of cargo area (from cab guard wall back), up the side walls to match the height of the wheel-wells and in the full stepwell area of the curbside slider door.
