The University of Wyoming (the University) intends to issue a sole source purchase order(s) to TimeClock Plus, LLC for the purchase of a professional license, hardware support and maintenance, described herein for a five (5) year term. Any purchase order(s) resulting from this proposed sole source will be governed by the University of Wyoming’s Terms and Conditions.
The University has been a customer of TimeClock Plus since 2003. In 2016 when the Oracle ERP system was implemented a review and consolidation of the multiple solutions, we had in place was conducted, and TimeClock Plus was chosen based on feature and functionality and integration with Oracle. This solution continues to meet the needs of the University. As this is a legacy system for the University, implementing a new solution at this time would be a substantial undertaking, including the need for significant resources including staff time and financial resources that are currently not available.
