Additional Bidding Instructions

Submitted Bid Pricing must include all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, and any cost that is required to provide the services specified in the scope of services. The pricing provided must remain firm for at least the first twelve months of the award.

Pricing must be recorded in the spaces provided using only the Bid Pricing Form provided by the City. Contractors that include additional line-item charges will be considered non-responsive. Pricing must be submitted in a separate evenlope.
